Doing Dishes Part 2 - ADHD Marriage Comic

Have you experienced this scenario? If so, you're not alone, because it's a frequent occurrence for me. My husband's rationale is that the sprayer from the top cleans the dishes, so whether dishes are pointed up or down doesn't really matter. However, I haven't quite figured out how to convince him that his logic doesn't make sense, as dishes collecting dirty water aren't considered clean. While this house chore does drive me nuts from time to time; this isn't as crucial as other tasks because if some dishes come out dirty, we can just run another cleaning cycle with the dishwasher. For me, as long as he completes the top three chores that matter most to me and to my satisfaction (ones that could potentially cause higher stress levels for me), I don't fret over the other chores.
