About Me
As a non-ADHD spouse who has lived through the ups and downs of an ADHD marriage for 16 years and counting, I know firsthand how challenging it can be. ADHD is not straight forward, it requires a non-ADHD spouse to figure things out and connect the dots on their own using trial and error method. Who really have time for that? That’s why I created Life with an ADHD Spouse, a central hub for those who are going through a similar journey, and need help to connect the dots faster. This site is all about providing support, resources and motivation for those who are navigating the unique aspects of an ADHD marriage.
