11-25-2025 Thoughtful Holiday Gifts for ADHD Couples 2025 Edition

I can't believe it is almost Black Friday in the U.S., and the holidays are right around the corner. Every year brings its own challenges, but also new tools, insights, and strategies that help us stay connected and move forward together. Whether you’re shopping for your partner or simply want something that brings more support into your shared life, I hope this list offers great gift ideas that spark connection and joy.

Disclosure: I work with ADHD & Marriage and helped co-create the Intent to Action membership program. However, every recommendation here reflects my personal experience and honest opinions.

Let’s dive into the 2025 list!

Gift No. 1: Intent to Action Couples Membership Program

Cost: $124/month (increasing to $148 on Jan 1)

Join Now: Here

Two summers ago, I connected with Melissa Orlov, the ADHD marriage expert, about the lack of real ADHD couples offerings that could help struggling couples change long-standing relationship dynamics. She agreed—and soon after, we began working on a program designed to meet this need.

By February 2025, we launched the Intent to Action Program at with Program Director Rachel Ban, who is an intensive couples therapists and personally trained by Melissa. The program offers weekly live workshops and live support sessions, helping members learn new skill sets and get direct help from ADHD marriage experts on a consistent basis.

Members consistently tell us the program has been life-changing. Want a gift that genuinely improves your relationship? This is the one you got to get.

If you want a taste of what the membership offers, join Rachel and me for our upcoming free masterclass on Mastering Learning Conversations on December 3. Our first session filled up within two weeks, and this second date is filling fast as well.

While we have plenty of high-tech tools to help with executive function—reminders, timers, apps, task lists—sometimes low-tech tools work just as well, if not better. Research shows that writing by hand can significantly support executive function for ADHD individuals.

In one of Dr. Barkley's past presentation, he touched on one of his patients where he had yellow sticky notes all over the dash in his car to help him remember (one of the executive functions) - from what he needs to do to what he needs to remember.

When I saw these on track cards at the CHADD conference this year, I immediately thought they were clever. They’re simple, clean, and not overloaded with a gazillion things that distract the ADHD partner just by looking at the card. You can also purchase a subscription plan and receive fresh cards on a regular schedule, similar to Amazon subscriptions.

Gift No. 3: RA Optics Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Cost: $150+

Sleep challenges are common in ADHD households, and evening blue light definitely doesn’t help. Earlier this year, I tried these glasses after a recommendation from my nutritionist—and wow, they made a noticeable difference.

I put them on about an hour before bed, and soon enough I’d feel tired and fall asleep. For both my partner and me, who tend to look at our phones or tablets right up until bedtime, these glasses helped us wind down and fall asleep faster.

The even better news is if you can use your HSA/FSA account to buy these glasses.

Gift No. 4: Siligrams Custom Molds

Cost: $49+

Shop Now: Here

This pick has a special place in my heart because of how unexpectedly useful it became. Earlier this year, ADHD couples therapist Anita Robertson shared a grounding trick with me: give an anxious ADHD partner an ice cube to hold.

The cold sensation interrupts spiraling thoughts and redirects the brain. And guess what? It works.

To make it a little more fun, I discovered Siligrams’ customizable molds. You can personalize the molds with different designs, and because they’re made of silicone, they can be used for ice and baking—multi-use and sensory-friendly. In our home, this simple grounding tool turned into something playful and effective for emotional regulation.

Gift No. 5: FindUrMeds

Cost: $35

Try it now: Here

If you or your partner take ADHD medication, you know how draining medication shortages can be — calling multiple pharmacies, sitting on hold, and repeating the same information again and again. During the pandemic, these shortages became especially frustrating, and even now, long after the pandemic has passed, they still happen from time to time.

It’s not just ADHD medications, either. I’ve personally experienced situations where my pharmacy didn’t have a prescribed medication, leaving us to scramble and figure out which local pharmacy might have it in stock. For many ADHD partners, this entire process is incredibly taxing on executive function.

For just $35, FindUrMeds does all the searching for you and typically finds available medication within 1–2 days. This service is truly a gift of stress reduction, time savings, and fewer emotional landmines for both partners.

Gift No. 6: Dr. Mark Bertin’s Course

Building Connection, Communication & Compassion Through Mindful Breathing

Cost: Free 7 day free trial with Insight Timer Member Plus Membership, then $9.99/month or $59.99 for the year

Get the Course: Here

Beyond the communication skills that helped turn my marriage around, incorporating mindfulness has been one of the most impactful tools for helping both of us self-regulate. For me, it’s the ability to pause and consider whether what I’m about to say will help or hurt my ADHD partner or our relationship. For him, it’s the awareness that his emotions are rising—and the ability to calm himself before they escalate.

This is why I highly recommend building in some form of mindfulness practice. One great, approachable option is Dr. Mark Bertin’s short, on-demand course on Insight Timer. Over eight lessons, he guides you through 15-minute meditations designed to help you both feel more grounded, more aware, and more capable of showing empathy and compassion toward each other.

Gift No. 7: The Productivity Manual

Cost: $39.90

Get the book: Here

For many ADHD individuals, receiving an ADHD diagnosis is a mixed experience. It explains your past, but it often comes with confusion, overwhelm, and a need for better guidance. The right encouragement and the right “instruction manual” can make a huge difference.

That’s why I love Ari Tuckman’s new book, The Productivity Manual. Ari strikes the perfect balance of humor, practicality, and encouragement. It’s the kind of book I wish I could have given my ADHD partner 15+ years ago when we first learned about his ADHD diagnosis.

Gift No. 8: ADHD Couples Perpetual Daily Motivational Calendar

Cost: $39.90

These calendars is always a favorite at our household I created one version for the ADHD partner and one for the non-ADHD partner, each filled with daily insights, reminders, and bite-sized motivation tailored specifically to ADHD-impacted relationships.

There have been countless moments where a quote or message stopped me or my ADHD partner mid-spiral and helped us reset before saying something of acting out we'd regret. These small daily touches of perspective can create big shifts in how couples navigate tough moments.

It’s not just a calendar—it’s a small dose of support each day.

This Year’s Wrap-Up

These gifts aren’t just items—they’re tools that help you build a healthier, calmer, and more connected ADHD-impacted relationship. Whether you’re trying to improve communication, lower stress, create better routines, or simply feel more supported, each gift on this list offers something meaningful.

As you head into the holiday season, I hope this list inspires you to choose gifts that truly matter—ones that foster understanding, ease, partnership, and growth.

Happy Holidays. 🎄✨
