Grocery shopping can be challenging for our ADHD spouses, particularly when we rely on them to shop for ingredients for our dinner. I consider myself fortunate that my ADHD spouse isn't fond of shopping, and we've developed a fairly effective system to ensure I get everything I need to prepare dinner. Here's how our system works:
I send him a text before he leaves for the grocery store.
He calls me if an item is unavailable at the store.
He sends me photos of available options.
This system has helped streamline our grocery shopping process and ensures we have everything we need for dinner. Do you have another effective system like ours? Share your systems by commenting below and let's learn from each other.
