What do I like about it?

I was truly impressed by Ari Tuckman, an ADHD expert, taking the initiative to orchestrate this virtual conference. It's a fantastic resource for empowering ADHD behavioral health professionals to provide even better support to their ADHD patients. The two-day virtual event was meticulously organized, covering a wide range of topics, from mindfulness and ADHD in marriages to addressing ADHD in minority communities. What made it even more valuable was the live Q&A session at the end of each presentation, offering attendees the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly. Finally, the special introductory price of $199 makes it a good alternative if you are tight on cash but still want to attend an ADHD conference

My Top 5 Takeaways

1. Professional content made for Non-ADHD Spouses - Even if you're not a behavioral health pro, the insights here can help you make for better connections with your ADHD spouse. Sessions are packed with tips and track that you can adopt it into your daily interactions with your ADHD spouse.

2. Meet other ADHD experts - Discover a world of ADHD expertise beyond the usual suspects. Don't miss Mark Berlin, MD, who unraveled mindfulness-based strategies for conquering complex ADHD in youth and families. A game-changer for me!

3. The Farewell Keynote - Dr. Russell Barkley's swan song at the summit is pure gold. It's like getting front-row seats to the concert of a rock legend. Worth every penny!

4. Voices of Experience - Get up close and personal with Eric Tivers, LCSW, and Jessica McCabe, both battling ADHD themselves. Gain fresh insights into your spouse's world and learn how they navigate the ADHD journey.

5. Master Communication - David Nowell's session on the art of speaking the right language with ADHD patients is your key to unlocking a deeper connection with your ADHD spouse. It's a skill set you can't afford to miss.
