Led by one of Melissa's ADHD experts, this is a non-ADHD partner support group that provide 7 support groups sessions over 7 weeks. I have personally attended Melissa's led non-ADHD partner support group and have to say it was super helpful and reassuring for me to feel that I am not alone in this journey. The solutions and stories shared within the group truly helped me feel a sense of relief and provide me the strength to continue onward.
